Hydroelectric Machu Picchu Return by Train 2d/1n

Machu Picchu is one of the most impressive archaeological wonders in the world. Located high in the Peruvian Andes.

First Day: Sacred Valley -Ollantaytambo

Pick up from the hotel in our vehicle around 7:30 am. We will head to the Sacred Valley passing through OLLANTAYTAMBO, enjoying beautiful landscapes of the region, where we will make a short stop of approximately 15 minutes. We will continue the tour through a winding ascent towards Habá de Málaga, located at an altitude of 4,316 m above sea level, we will begin the descent towards the jungle through different altitudinal terrains that combine paradisiacal landscapes of majestic snow-capped mountains with the heat of the jungle. We will pass through the warm towns of Santa Maria, Santa Teresa, we will arrive at the Hydroelectric where we will have a delicious lunch with a variety of foods at 1:30 p.m., then we will go to the Hydroelectric station, where we will begin the 2-hour walk until we reach Machu Picchu Town, and then head to our respective designated accommodations, meanwhile there will be free time to visit the hot springs at 8:00 p.m. We will enjoy a delicious dinner, at which time we will have a talk by the guide, in charge of the guided tour of the citadel of MACHU PICCHU

SECOND DAY: MACHUPICCHU- OLLANTAYTAMBO - CUSCO

Very early at 5:00 am after having breakfast, we will board the bus that takes us to the Archaeological Complex, we will immerse ourselves in the impressive and incomparable beauty, where we will have a guided tour of approximately 2 hours accompanied by a specialist guide who will give us substantial and concise information about our historical and cultural legacy, after the 2-hour visit, we will descend to the town of Aguas Calientes to enjoy our lunch (optional), with the greatest tranquility, finally we will board the train at 6:20 pm, heading to Ollantaytambo, where our tourist bus will be waiting for us to return to the city of Cusco.
